Ingredients

- 2 green tea bags
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 strips lemon peel
- Small pinch of fine sea salt
- Ice and lemon slices

Drink
Cold-brewed green tea with fresh mint, lemon peel, and a tiny pinch of sea salt.
Do not steep overnight; fresh mint can turn dull and bitter with too much time.
