Ingredients
- 2 cups plain kefir
- 1/2 cucumber, grated and squeezed dry
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped dill
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- Ice, optional

Drink
Cultured kefir stirred with cucumber, mint, lemon, dill, and sea salt.
Chop the mint finely enough that it suspends in the kefir instead of clumping.
