- 4 medium zucchini
- 1/2 pound ground beef or lamb
- 1/2 cup uncooked rice
- 1 onion, grated
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint
- Lemon juice, salt, and pepper

Dinner
Tender stuffed zucchini simmered in tomato broth and finished with cool mint yogurt.
Keep the mint yogurt cool; it is the contrast to the warm tomato broth.
