- 1 pound ground lamb
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 1 cup orzo
- 2 cups crushed tomatoes
- 2 cups stock
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint
- Salt, pepper, and olive oil
