Roasted Grapes with Mint Labneh

Roasted grapes collapse into syrup over tangy labneh, toasted walnuts, honey, and chopped mint.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound seedless grapes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups labneh or Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1/2 cup toasted walnuts
  • Flaky salt
  • Extra honey, for serving

Method

  1. Heat oven to 425 F.
  2. Toss grapes with olive oil, honey, and salt on a sheet pan.
  3. Roast until split and syrupy, 15 to 18 minutes.
  4. Stir labneh with lemon zest and chopped mint.
  5. Spoon warm grapes over labneh and finish with walnuts, flaky salt, and honey.

Fresh Mint Tip

Add mint to the labneh while the grapes roast so the dairy picks up its aroma.
