- 6 kiwis, sliced
- 2 oranges, segmented
- 2 cups strawberries, halved
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, sliced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- Toasted coconut

Dessert
Kiwi, citrus, and berries get a sharp ginger syrup and a generous handful of fresh mint.
Add mint after the syrup so the leaves cling to the fruit without bruising.
