Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup labneh
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh mint
  • 1/3 cup pistachios
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Mix graham crumbs with melted butter and divide among cups.
  2. Beat cream cheese, labneh, honey, lemon zest, and salt until smooth.
  3. Fold in chopped mint.
  4. Spoon cream over crumbs and chill until firm.
  5. Top with pistachios, honey, and small mint leaves.
