Ingredients
- 8 small sponge cake rounds
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/3 cup toasted coconut

Dessert
Small milk-soaked cake cups get coconut, lime, fresh mint, and toasted coconut crunch.
