Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup cold water
- 1 egg
- 4 scallions, sliced
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Soy sauce and rice vinegar for dipping
- Oil and salt

Appetizer
Crisp-edged little pancakes with scallions, sesame, and fresh mint in the batter.
Slice mint finely so it spreads evenly through the batter and does not clump.
